Daylight Savings - Spring Forward - Adjust your e-pill 12 Alarm CADEX Watch: e-pill 12 Alarm CADEX Watch: When Daylight Savings time starts, adjust your e-pill CADEX Medication Reminder watch ahead (spring forward) one hour. Make sure that you are in normal time mode (if not press button MODE one or several times to show Normal Time mode).

Press and hold button ADJUST for 5 seconds to enter setting mode. The “hours” will start flashing.

Press button FORWARD once to change the hour.

Press button ADJUST to exit the setting mode.
