MD.2 Monitoring Service

The monitoring service is provided by the manufacturer of the device IMD (Interactive Medical Development LC).

The MD.2 comes complete with free 60 day monitoring service (including 800 number set-up and installation help).

We recommend that you continue the service after the 60 day free trial period. You will be contacted by the manufacturer IMD to set up billing to your credit card. IMD Support Center: Toll-Free: 1-877-472-9037

The IMD Support Center is an integral part of the MD.2 Monitored Automatic Medication System. Staffed by trained personnel, the Support Center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week* to answer your questions and provide technical support.

If you should have a question, please call the Support Center toll free at 1-877-472-9037. They can answer questions on:

  • Initial setup and installation of the MD.2
  • Scheduling and information changes
  • Troubleshooting or technical support needed

    If possible, please have the MD.2 SERIAL NUMBER when you call. The serial number is located on the inside of the locked cabinet and on the bottom of MD.2 unit.
