How to use your e-pill Once-A-Day medication reminder.

1. Peel off the backing paper and attach the device to any convenient smooth surface (medicine vial, the refrigerator door or to the bathroom mirror). Click here for a close-up photo.


2. Immediately after taking your medication turn the device one step (clockwise direction). For example "LAST TAKEN" should point to "MON" if you took the Monday dose.

3. You can move the device by loosening it carefully and re-attaching it to another surface. The 3M glue is sticky but will not harm the surface.
